Introduction
Welcome to our psychiatric nurse practitioner–owned clinic, where thoughtful, individualized mental health care is our priority. We provide medication management with brief psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older. Our practice is independently owned and operated, allowing us to focus on quality care, continuity, and meaningful provider-patient relationships.
We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD while also offering care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and mood-related concerns. Appointments are intentionally scheduled with extended time to ensure visits are collaborative and never rushed.
Our vision is to serve as a trusted mental health resource for our community. We currently offer telehealth appointments Wednesday through Friday, with expanded hours planned in the coming months. While services are provided virtually at this time, we plan to offer in-person visits in the future.
We are currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/UMR, Medica, UCare, HealthPartners, and MHCP/Medical Assistance, and are in the process of credentialing with Medicare.

Our office is conveniently located right off Hwy 23 in suite 210 at the newly remodeled Mora Business Center in Mora, MN. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with telehealth. Please note our office is located on the 2nd floor of the building, if you are not able to climb stairs please notify us prior to your appointment so we can plan accordingly to use a first floor conference room.
